It all started in 2002. Or was it 1972? Or 1992? Maybe '82?

Regardless, The Man Band was forged in a pizza shop in Savannah, GA. We know this. Songs were recorded. Tapes were sold out of trunks. Moustaches were grown (and groomed.) And performances were performed. The booming voice of Man o' War and the rapid-fire delivery of Man-Lee combined to create an unstoppable force, and soon what had started simply as a front for tax fraud and underground pit fighting (a la 'Bloodfist',) quickly blossomed into one of the most celebrated acts of the dirty dirty. Then came the money, the contracts, the women and the inevitable downward spiral into hip-hopscurity.

After years of ill-conceived solo projects, a chance craigslist ad reunited War and Lee. Putting their differences behind, they hitchhiked to sunny Los Mangeles determined to retake their rightful place in hip hop history. They enlisted renegade hype-man Manchester and the magic fingers of DJ Manoptimis. They were now unstoppable.
